The CG10 also has 10 megapixels for stills, which is far more than any of the competitors have to offer. Sanyo's VPC-CG10 also has a digital image stabilisation and a 5x optical zoom. Of course there is also a downside to the CG10. First of all, the battery is so poorly designed, you have to take it out it to recharge. Then it has a terrible low light sensitivity and, last but not least, the menu is interlaced and confusing. Overall, the Sanyo VPC-CG10 is a good little camcorder, especially in regards to its still functions. If you are looking for an easy and simple camcorder, there are better choices.
