Sony MHS-CM5 Product Specs
Sony has made many improvements to its second round of ultracompact camcorders. The lineup has gotten a new look, a new name, and a new design. However, even the much improved Sony Bloggie MHS-CM5 (MSRP $199.99) doesn't offer enough of an upgrade to place Sony above its competition.
The CM5 is the sister model to the new PM5, which offers a more familiar 'Flip-like' design, four different colors to choose from, a unique swivel lens, and a price tag that's $30 cheaper. The Bloggie CM5 comes only in eggplant purple, but it does have the 5x optical zoom that many crave.
